Lots of great goings on here at the store. I recharged my batteries this past weekend with my nephew's wedding on Saturday at Oregon Ridge. It was great seeing him so happy and lots of family came to town for the event. Then, on Sunday, all the company left and we relaxed on Mother's Day. I hope all your Mother's Day were fun and relaxing too.
Creative Cafe - This layout is available all week at the Creative Cafe bar. For just $3, you can stay and color the flowers with the great Spica Glitter Pens or you can take the pieces to go and create the layout at home. Please bring adhesive and we have the pieces all ready to put together.
Thursday, May 15th 6-8 PM
Aloha Stamping Techinques class - You will make 2 layouts, a card and invitation and a Peom block. You even get to keep the stamps. Fee $33
Demo Day - Saturday May 17th from 11 -4PM -
All you need to bring is some adhesive (we will have glue sticks available) and you can choose to create 5 different projects ranging from cards to layouts. Fee $2 per project
We have 3 layouts this time including one using My Mind's Eye papers, one using KaiserCraft papers and lots of punches and a colorful birthday layout usign Fancy Pants papers, brads, coasters, and Birthday stamps.
The two cards are fun and colorful. Susan will be showing a new technique with glue sticks and tissure paper. Linda's card has lots of layers, flowers and buttons.
I was so excited when we saw these new word books for DISNEY. I can't wait to see this one done up.
Creative Imaginations has 2 new baby lines that both have wonderful sclloped edge papers. The new beach line is my favorite colors and the birthday line even matches the Creative Cafe.
