Next Iron Crafter 8/24/2012

Hi Everyone,

We had such a good time at our Next Iron Crafter event.  Gina Adolph was born to hostess events like this. She was hilarious and even told some jokes.  If you missed this night's event, you still have a chance to come play on Spetmeber 7th at 6:00 PM.   We are going to continue to give out tickets up until the next event.   If you want a fun girls night out filled with laughs, join us!    Scroll down to see photos of the event, new products and Wacky Wednesday Cards.

Wacky Wednesday Cards & Dylusions demo
Jill couldn't wait to make a card with this cute Pure Innocence stamp.  I went a different direction and wanted to play with the new sprays, Inky Antics stamp and a shape I cut with the new Silhouette machine.   I will also be showing you a cool technique that you can do with the Dylusions inks.

We have a wonderful new Wreath class this Saturday with Katie.  I forgot to get the photos in here sooner.
Saturday September 1st 1-3 PM  $17
You get a whole chipboard alphabet to spell out whichever 5 letter word you would like.

Look what the UPS man brought late today.  Lisa will be getting it all checked in on Tuesday morning.

New Spectrum Noir Alcohol markers.  Lisa Hetrick has tested out the new markers and we have a two page Copic and Spectrum Noir Comparison at the store to tell you about all the differences.  These new markers are more of an entry level alcohol ink marker.  A set of 6 is just $12.

We have a fun new school line from Reminisce.

Next Iron Crafter Event
We started off the evening but having an employee challenge.  Jill grabbed the ugliest most mismatched things she could find for us to create something with.
There may have been a bit of cheating going on.  There were some accusations of steroid use but the tests aren't back yet.

Tracy won but probably because of all the prizes that were going to be given out.

Janet, Kathy, Brent and Debra were great sports playing in our first round of challenges.

These creative women turned their recipe boxes into purses.  Marsha won the round but Robin, Eddye and Sharon were all giving her a run for her money.

Here are competitors Alice, Laura, Helen and Diana.
