To all the amazing customers and staff at Photo Scraps. I am truly humbled by your kindness and generosity. You donated 23 tubes of toothpaste, 54 tooth brushes, 42 bars/bottles of soap, 11 bottles of lotion, 23 bottles of shampoos, 8 blankets, 10 boxes of wipes as well as a myriad of other items. I know first hand how much all of these items will be appreciated by the foster families of Carroll County. I am happy to announce that Sandy Stern is the winner of the pink Thirty-one bag! Congrats!
