Scene Stamping and Color Effects Using the Tim Holtz Stamp Platform with Lisa Hetrick
Sunday January 21st 1-3 PM
In this class, we will use the new Penny Black Dressed in Snow scene stamp to created a warm, yet bright and colorful scene for a card front. Using the Tim Holtz Stamp Platform for precision stamping, you will learn how to apply color using various mediums: distress inks, dye inks, Tombows and more to create layers of color. The resist stamping technique will also be covered along with how beneficial the stamp platform can be for precision stamping. In the class, we will explore the technique(s), use NUVO drops for snow and die cut the card front for future use.
Class Fee - $32 includes the Penny Black Dressed in Snow stamp ($14.50 value) for you to take home!
Supplies you need to bring:
***Tim Holtz Stamp Platform - You can use a Misti or other brand of stamp platform, but you do need to have this to take the class.
**We do have some markers and inks to share but it would be better if you bring what you have.
Tombows or other water-based markers
Class Kit (adhesive, scissors, etc.)
Waterbrush or small paint brush
Distress Inks in your favorite colors
Distress/Ink Daubers
