Hi Everyone,
We made it safely back to MD and didn't even hit any bad traffic. It was such a great weekend and we topped it off with a 6 hour Hero Arts class taught by Jennifer McGuire. She is very sweet and petite as you will see in photos that I will be posting tomorrow. I'm going to bed but I wanted to let people know we are back in town.

Day 1 from Boston
Lisa took a Bazzill in stitches class and made two beautifully stitched pages.
We discovered that Lisa can sew but she is a very messy painter. Our Ranger class with Claudine Hellmuth was filled with lots of techniques using her paints, resist ink, cuttlebug, and stamps. The project was a bit wacky for us but the techniques and bag full of Ranger goodies made the class very worthwhile. Lisa had some difficulty with a couple of the techniques (dry brushing) and Tim Holtz noticed that her paper was beyond repair. He confirmed Lisa's statement that her paper looked like poo. Nothing like having Tim Holtz confirm you don't know what you are doing.
Lisa getting stuck on her adhesive canvas.
Again.....
Lisa with Claudine Hellmuth getting her autograph on our class project.
Tomorrow, I have 5 classes, Lisa has 4 classes and a sample making frenzy for 3 hours in the evening. I can't wait!
5 Day Sale Thursday March 26 to Monday March 30. 30% Off All Rubber Stamps(exluding Hero Arts, Unity, A*Muse Spring stamps & special orders) Bazzill cardstock3 for $1 15% Off All Albums (excluding chipboard mini albums)

Hello From Boston
Hi everyone,
Lisa & I made it safely to Boston. We got very lucky with traffic and made it thru New Jersy and New York City easily. There was a nice Mexican restaurant accross the street from the hotel and the food was yummy. Who knew we could find good Mexican food in Boston. You certainly couldn't have found Mexican food here when I was a kid. (I grew up about an hour north of where we are now in Framingham.)
We got checked in for the show last night and got our goodie bag. Nice Ribbon, catalogs, strange magazine and really cute rubber stamps from the Cat's Pajamas that we may just have to order for the store. So far, we each had one class. Lisa made an adorable mini book with Bo Bunny's Abby Road Collection. I made a chipboard album using Three Bugs in a Rug Snips n Snails boy line. Very cute. I also got to use the Tim Holtz crackle pain for the first time. Ok, sometimes I'm a little slow. It was Fabulous on chipboard, so we will be demoing it soon. I'll post pictures later tonight. We have a class starting soon.

Just drop in between 11-4 PM (3 PM if you want time to do all 6 projects.) We will have all the supplies ready for you to make the 6 projects.

Photo Scraps is closed for the snow day.
Hi everyone,
I just wanted to let everyone know that I decided to close the store today since the roads are so bad. I wouldn't want anyone to get in an accident trying to get to our store. Store Phone number is 410-549-5187. Calls are being forwarded to my cell phone.
We will be back open on Tuesday at 10:00 AM.

Lisa Hetrick's Stamps are getting noticed!
This past Monday her stamps and other Unity stamp designs were featured on Maxie Fab World blog from Paper Crafts Magazine. Here is the link to their blog. I have all of Lisa's new stamps in the store.
We used Lisa's Mardigras Butterfly on our Cuttlebug Demo day.
Lisa's Hot Air balloon is just begging to be colored.
How many times have I heard this one from my girl.
