Who is sick of this weather? I know I'm sick of the snow. I want Spring, BAD. I was snowbound this past weekend in Annapolis scrapping with friends. We were worried we would never get out. We had a plow ready to plow the driveway on Sunday and he couldn't get to our drive because the street wasn't plowed. Of course, it was not all doom and gloom, I was scrapping all weekend with friends. Lots of laughs, lots of food and lots of pages done. I got 62 pages done but my friend Kim got 107 pages done. The secret is lots of layouts of the week and Creative Cafe layouts. Here are some snow photos.

On to store news.... Guess what? We are closed again on Wednesday because of the snow. Hopefully, we'll get dug out for Thursday. Eventually, we will open again.
Cabin Fever Crops
We have rescheduled the No Frills $5 crop to this Friday night from 6 to midnight. On Saturday night, we will be having our Pajama crop. Be comfortable and come crop in your jammies. That way you can roll into bed at 2 AM after a long night of scrapbooking. We give prizes out to everyone in their jammies. We serve dinner, soft drinks and chocolate fondue. $15
Cabin Fever Crop Special - When you join us this weekend for one of our crops, you will receive 10% off your crop purchases for the evening.
Since we are not going to be open on Wednesday, we are moving the 4 Make'N'Take cards demo to Friday. We do all the cutting, you do the stamping and gluing. Each card is just $2. (I haven't finished up the fourth card yet)

Ready for some Valentine's themed cards? You will make 6 pretty cards perfect for friends, family, or that special someone. All the cards use lovely paper from My Mind's Eye and, as always, have ribbon and bling to dress them up. Cindy loves working with hearts all year round, there is just something about the shape that always appeals to me. The majority of these cards do not have a sentiment on them so even if you aren't specifically sending Valentines out, these could be used for "thinking of you" or "thank you" or even "just because" cards. Fee $22

Our Demo Day is starting to look very springy. After all this snow, I'm sure everyone will be dreaming of Spring. We will have a wonderful variety of cards, candy holders and layouts for you to create. We do the cutting and you do the gluing. Just drop in anytime after 11 AM and purchase tickets for $2 each at the front counter for however many Demos you want to create. We provide glue sticks so if you prefer tape, please bring a labeled tape runner. If you get to the store by 3PM, you should have enough time to do all the demos. If you complete 8 demos, you will receive a coupon for 10% off your purchases for the day (not including special orders or other sale special offers).
