It is no secret that the economy is making life challenging for all of us. As you know we are one of the last standing scrapbooking and rubber stamping stores in Maryland; at one time there were twelve. Here at Photo Scraps, we too are feeling the effects of a failing economy. Times have changed, the industry has changed and our customers have changed.
